Unfortunately our public school system is pushed to the limit every school year by limited resources, staff turnover, increased teacher demands, poor support, and mismanagement. We are asking our schools to do more and more with less and less. When that impacts your child it can be devastating and result in loss of motivation, poor attendance, falling grades, bullying, and worst of all: a dislike of learning. Finding your way through the difficult and often complicated school environment sometimes needs a boost, whether it’s extra time, a change in seating, or increasing home-school communication.
